So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, ‘If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. — John 8:31-2<\/p>\n
Follow God’s teaching, learn the truth,
\nAnd the truth will set you free.
\nThis lesson is for everyone,
\nFor folk like you and me.<\/p>\n
From Abraham’s descendants,
\nRight up to modern man
\nLiving in truth, freedom and love
\nIs God’s almighty plan.<\/p>\n
Lord help us to relate to others
\nThe way, the truth, the life
\nHelp us treat men as brothers
\nSteer us from wrong and strife.<\/p>\n
And when at last we meet with You
\nUpon the Judgement Day
\nMay we all with hand on heart
\nSay ‘Lord we kept Your way.’<\/p>\n
